Who handles your information
BOYSON LTD uses the details you provide to respond to your request and, where applicable, arrange a vehicle purchase. Use the contact details in your purchase agreement or our contact page for privacy questions.
What the reservation form collects
The form asks for your name, email, phone number, street address, optional unit number, city, state, ZIP code, vehicle name and optional message. A vehicle request also includes the listing reference and link. Do not submit account numbers, payment card details, Social Security numbers or identity documents.
Email processing
New form submissions are sent to the BOYSON reservation email address and are not saved as enquiry posts in the WordPress dashboard by the BOYSON plugin. Our hosting and email services process the message; email logs, backups or other installed plugins may retain additional copies. Email and order records are retained only as needed for the enquiry, order administration, legal obligations or disputes, according to our business retention practices.
Security and your choices
The website uses a hidden spam check, a security token and short-lived rate-limiting records. The rate-limit record uses a hashed connection address and does not contain your message or contact details. Reservation requests do not sign you up for marketing. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information or other rights that apply to you. Availability of rights and exceptions depends on applicable law.
Cookies and external services
The supplied theme does not add advertising pixels, analytics, remote fonts or embedded review trackers. WordPress uses cookies for administrative sign-in. WhatsApp and independent resource links open external services with their own policies. Any additional analytics, advertising or tracking integrations must be reflected in this notice.
