Reservation requests and availability
BOYSON LTD offers vehicles for sale online to buyers in the United States. A form submission is a request to reserve or enquire; it is not an automatic hold or a binding purchase. A reservation is confirmed only when we agree it with you in writing. Availability and stock status must be confirmed before payment.
Prices in US dollars
All website vehicle prices are in USD. An itemized written quote confirms the vehicle price, applicable sales or use taxes, title and registration costs, delivery and any other agreed charges. Do not assume these items are included in the displayed vehicle price. No optional product is added without agreement.
Written vehicle information
Review the VIN, photographs, mileage, title status, known condition and available history information. Request the Buyers Guide and all warranty or as-is disclosures before agreeing to buy. Warranty coverage is vehicle-specific; no blanket warranty or third-party certification is implied by this website. Promotional illustrations are not photographs of inventory.
Payment by bank transfer
Full payment is required by bank transfer before delivery, after acceptance of the written purchase agreement. We provide the amount, beneficiary and payment instructions on the invoice. Independently verify the payment instructions and any requested change through an established BOYSON contact. We do not collect banking credentials through forms or offer a card checkout.
Delivery and documentation
We arrange customer delivery across all 50 states. Timing, cost and any state-specific title, registration, inspection or emissions requirements are confirmed before purchase. The vehicle must meet the requirements applicable to its intended registration. Online only: no showroom viewings or customer collection.
Five-day return promise
Our Delivery & Returns page describes the five-calendar-day promise after delivery, collection at our expense and refund of the full amount paid to BOYSON for the purchase. Review the full written return terms before payment. The five-day period is an inspection and return period, not a guaranteed delivery time.
Applicable rights
Your written agreement and the disclosures supplied with the vehicle set out the sale terms. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable federal or state law. Contact us promptly about incorrect descriptions, delivery issues or a vehicle concern.
