Delivery to all 50 states
BOYSON LTD arranges delivery for vehicles purchased from us throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not provide a standalone transport service for vehicles bought elsewhere.
The delivery cost, route, access arrangements and estimated timing are confirmed in writing for your full delivery address and ZIP code before purchase. Alaska, Hawaii and remote destinations may require different arrangements and lead times. Delivery is not automatically free.
Before dispatch
Full payment by bank transfer is required before delivery. Your written purchase agreement identifies the vehicle, total amount payable, any taxes and fees, delivery arrangements and required title or registration documents. There are no showroom visits or customer collections.
Our five-day return promise
You have five calendar days after delivery to inspect your vehicle and tell us if it does not meet your expectations, is not as described or has an undisclosed defect. Contact BOYSON in writing within that period, using the contact details in your purchase agreement, with your name, order or vehicle reference and delivery date.
Under this promise, BOYSON arranges collection at our expense and refunds the full amount paid to BOYSON for the purchase. We confirm collection arrangements and the refund process in writing. Keep the vehicle, keys and supplied documents available for collection. This is a voluntary BOYSON promise, not an insurance product or a promise by another company.
Check the written agreement
Before payment, review the complete return terms and the arrangements for handover and refunds. The five-day promise is additional to any rights that apply under federal or state law. Applicable consumer rights are not waived by these pages. State rules vary; there is no general federal three-day right to return a dealer vehicle purchase.
Delivery checks and concerns
Check the vehicle, mileage, keys and supplied documents on arrival. Note any transport damage at handover and contact us promptly. Warranty, title and condition disclosures are specific to each vehicle and will be confirmed in its documentation.
